Tournament Overview
The Johor Cup 2024 welcomes 106 teams from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines to Marlborough College Malaysia on 17 & 18 August.
Tournament Formats
Under 6 Tournament Overview
The U6 competition will feature 12 teams and 1 competition. Teams will play in 2 groups of 6 with each team playing each other once. Teams will then go into playoff matches. All participants will receive a medal.
Under 8, under 10 & under 12 Tournament Overview
The U8, U10 & U12 competition will feature 16 teams and 2 competitions.
Group Stages
On day 1 of the tournament, teams will be split into 4 groups of 4 and will play 3 group stage games.
Playoff Stages
Cup Competition
The Cup competition will feature the 8 teams who finish 1st and 2nd in the group stages. Teams will play in a Quarter Final, Semi Final, Final and 3rd/4th Place Playoff.
There will also be playoff games for teams who lose in the Quarter Finals to decide the Plate 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th placings.
Prizes: Trophy and medals for the champion. Medals for 2nd and 3rd place.
Plate Competition
The Plate competition will feature the 8 teams who finish 3rd and 4th in the group stages. Teams will play in a Quarter Final, Semi Final, Final and 3rd/4th Place Playoff.
There will also be playoff games for teams who lose in the Quarter Finals to decide the Plate 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th placings.
Prizes: Trophy and medals for the champion. Medals for 2nd and 3rd place.
Under 14 & under 16 Tournament Overview
The U14 & U16 competition will feature 12 teams and 3 competitions.
Group Stages
On day 1 of the tournament, teams will be split into 4 groups of 3 teams (A, B, C, D). All teams will play 2 group-stage games.

The Playoff competition will feature the 4 teams who finish 3rd in their group . Teams will play in a Semi-Final, Final and 3rd/4th Place Playoff.
